Welcome to Sincerely Girls Club. By using our website or subscribing to Sincerely Mail, you're agreeing to the terms below.

Who this is for

Sincerely Girls Club is designed for middle school girls, but our website and checkout are intended to be used by parents or guardians (age 18+) on behalf of their daughter. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or the parent/legal guardian of the child this subscription is for.

The subscription

Sincerely Mail is a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method each billing cycle at your current rate, until you cancel. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Shipping

We currently ship to US addresses. Please ensure your mailing address is accurate — we're not responsible for mail lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Content and intellectual property

All content created by Sincerely Girls Club — including letters, designs, prints, and website content — is our original work and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission. We love when girls tape our prints to their mirrors and save our letters; we just ask that our work isn't copied for commercial use.

Acceptable use

We ask that our website, community spaces, and any future digital touchpoints be used respectfully. We reserve the right to limit access for anyone using our services in a way that's harmful, abusive, or inconsistent with the spirit of this brand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Club grows. We'll update the date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sincerely Girls Club, its owner(s), employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, products, or services — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your subscription exceed the total amount you paid to Sincerely Girls Club in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Our products and content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our website, mail, or communications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

Governing Law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Blount County, Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
