Here's what to expect once you're a Sincerely Mail member.

Billing and shipping cadence

Sincerely Mail is a monthly subscription. Your card is charged on the same date each month, starting the day you sign up, and a new piece of mail is prepared for you shortly after each charge.

When your mail ships

Sincerely Mail is prepared and shipped as a single batch on the 1st of each month. To be included in that month's mailing, you'll need to subscribe by the 15th of the prior month.

If you subscribe after the 15th, don't worry — you're still all set. Your first mail will simply go out with the following month's batch on the 1st, and we'll let you know exactly when to expect it in your welcome email.

Once your mail ships on the 1st, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — Sincerely Mail is sent via USPS and we're unable to reship or refund mail lost due to an incorrect address provided at signup. If you need to update your address for an upcoming month, email us at hello@sincerelygirlsclub.com before the 20th of the month to make sure it's reflected in time.

If your mail doesn't arrive

Mail can occasionally be delayed or lost in transit — it happens. If your Sincerely Mail hasn't arrived within 5 business days of your expected delivery window, reach out to hello@sincerelygirlsclub.com and we'll make it right, whether that's a reprint or a credit toward next month.
