We want every girl's mail to feel worth the wait — here's how billing and cancellations work.
Sincerely Mail subscription
Sincerely Mail is a monthly subscription, billed automatically each month on the date you originally signed up, at your enrolled rate. Your subscription will continue until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@sincerelygirlsclub.com or canceling via your customer account. There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel, you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
- Because each month's mail is prepared and shipped in advance, we're not able to issue partial refunds for a billing period that has already shipped.
Founding Member pricing
Founding Member pricing ($16/month) is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active without a gap. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you'll be enrolled at the then-current standard rate.
Damaged or missing mail
If your Sincerely Mail arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn't arrive at all, email us at hello@sincerelygirlsclub.com within 5 days of your expected delivery date with your order details. We'll make it right — either with a replacement or a credit toward your next month.
Refund requests outside the above
We evaluate refund requests outside of shipping issues on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to hello@sincerelygirlsclub.com and we'll do our best to find a fair resolution.
